Huawei Pura X: A Powerful Foldable Smartphone with Kirin 9020 and Stunning OLED Display
Huawei has officially unveiled the Pura X, a sleek and powerful smartphone powered by the Kirin 9020 chipset. Although Huawei initially avoided mentioning the SoC, hands-on experiences confirmed that the device runs on its self-developed Kirin 9020 platform, which debuted with the Huawei Mate 70 series in November 2024.
Huawei Pura X is a high-end foldable smartphone comes with 12GB /16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage options, it offers smooth performance powered by the Kirin 9020 CPU with HarmonyOS 5.0. With a refresh rate of 120Hz and a maximum brightness of 2500 nits, the 6.3-inch LTPO2 OLED foldable display provides an immersive viewing experience and 3.5-inch LTPO2 OLED panel with a resolution of 980 x 980 serves as its cover display.
Beautiful photography is produced by a quad-camera system, which includes a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP telephoto with 3.5x zoom, a 40MP ultra-wide lens, a 1.5MP multi-spectral sensor and selfies are guaranteed to be excellent with the 10.7MP front camera. Reverse charging, 40W wireless, and 66W wired charging are all supported by a 4720mAh battery. The Huawei Pura X is an industry leader in foldable phones thanks to its IPX8 water resistance, dual speakers, NFC, and Wi-Fi 7 compatibility.
